Celebrating Our 2025–2026 CDHA Officers & Installation Ceremony

On July 19, 2025, the Cleveland Dental Hygienists’ Association proudly gathered for our annual Installation Ceremony, where we celebrated leadership transitions, honored outstanding service, and welcomed our 2025–2026 officers.
This year, we extend heartfelt gratitude to Angie Avatichi, RDH, for her dedicated service as President from 2021–2025, and we celebrate Katherine Antepara, RDH, as she steps into her role as President for the 2025–2026 term.
We also recognized and congratulated several of our newly installed and continuing officers in attendance for their commitment to advancing our profession:

LCCC Dental Hygiene Class of 2025 – Student Spotlight

Lorain County Community College (LCCC) | March 2025

The Cleveland Dental Hygienists’ Association is proud to celebrate the next generation of oral health professionals! The students at LCCC are working hard to develop their clinical skills and prepare for board exams.

Highlights from the Program:

Welcome Week – First- and second-year students kicked off the semester, building mentorships and friendships.
DHS Board Review Weekend – Second-year students prepped for their upcoming board exams.
Clinic Training – First-year students gained hands-on experience treating their peers.

The Cleveland Dental Hygienists' Association is excited to introduce the recipients of our 2024-2025 Scholarship Grant! This year, we awarded two $300 scholarships to outstanding second-year students who embody passion for dental hygiene and uphold our mission.
