Renewal Notes

• License expires every two years. The current renewal deadline is December 31, 2025.
• Starting April 6, 2023, licensed dental hygienists must complete a minimum of 20 hours of CE per renewal cycle.
• Keep documentation of CE completion for at least four years in case of audit.
